Order Process

How to Place an order

Shopping on our website could not be simpler. Just browse our website, click on any items that you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on the .Checkout' button after which you will be asked to input your payment details, delivery address and contact details to complete the order.

Payment of Order

Payment can be accepted by either credit card through the web-site (preferred), verbally over the telephone, or by cleared cheque.

We accept payment from the following cards, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Maestro and Solo or from a PayPal account.

At checkout you will be shown a summary of your shopping basket
You will be asked to add contact / delivery details
You will be asked to choose shipping service
You will be shown a Confirmation of the total order value incl. Shipping
Please select preferred payment option from Credit Card on-line through Paypal, providing credit card details over the telephone, sending a cheque.
- Selecting Credit Card Payment on-line will take you through to the PayPal secure on-line server for payment
- On supplying credit card details to PayPal, PayPal will confirm your order and successful payment
- PayPal will instruct our picking department to proceed with your order
- Selecting Credit Card Payment Verbally, the web site will provide an order number for you to refer to our telephone sales team
- On successful completion of payment by credit card your order number will be sent to our picking department to proceed with your order
- Selecting Cheque Payment, the web site will provide an order number for you to refer to on your cheque which can be posted to our offices.
- Please note despatch of products paid by cheque will be delayed until cheques have cleared with the bank

Shipping and Handling

On receipt of payment we will pick, pack and despatch your order.

My Eco Store currently delivers goods to the UK mainland ONLY.

We use Royal Mail recorded, special delivery and couriers depending on the total weight of the order and speed of delivery required. Please note all deliveries require a signature on delivery.

Delivery Options and Costs

Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days

If your item is in stock, we will do our best to send out your order within 1-2 days. In busy times it may take us a little longer.

Depending how much your order weighs, your order will go by Royal Mail Recorded Second-Class, standard parcel, or by courier, in all cases a signature will be required when you receive your parcel.

Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday.

Priority Delivery: next working day

This is guaranteed to arrive faster - your order will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier, and should arrive the next working day after we send it.

Please note our collection time is 3pm, any orders placed after 1pm will not be despatched until the next working day.

Despatch Note:

On despatch of your parcel we will send a confirming email.

Delivery Costs

For all items, delivery costs vary depending on what you order, how much it weighs, and the service chosen. These prices include postage and packing and VAT.

Back Orders

On our website we endeavour to indicate when an item is available but in the unfortunate event of products being out of stock we will back order it for you. If it's going to be longer than a few days you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All products are priced including the relevant VAT rate, where applicable.

Safeguarding your financial and personal information is one of our most important priorities. With Paypal they automatically encrypt all sensitive information sent between your computer and their servers.

Your computer:

When registering or logging in to Paypal they verify that your internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher.

In transit:

Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).

PayPal servers:

Your personal information is stored on Paypal servers and heavily guarded, both physically and electronically. To further shield your credit card and bank numbers Paypal do not directly connect their firewall-protected servers to the internet.
